I made the dress, but Amy did her own beadwork on the modesty panel (and later on the belt,) and she sewed on the buttons in the back herself.  The skirt is cotton velveteen, the sleeves are courderoy, the modesty panel and belt are a drapery fabric, and the collar is faux fur.  This picture was taken January 2005.
