Johnny, Bring Your Watercolors

Johnny, bring your watercolors
   and we as kids
      will paint a world
          of trees and flowers
            and grasshoppers--
    My brush will form a butterfly
       and yours create a
             sun
  until we knock our tin can o'er
       and watch the colors run--
