| 12/11/2007-The confirmation is in! Our family will be moving for most of the week to the Playas facility, returning to our Rodeo house only on weekends. This will reduce the amount of money we have to spend on diesel, and it will cut the girls' bus ride to and from the school by a full half-hour each way! In addition, there will be a park the girls can go to, and it will be easy for me to do my role-playing. |
| 2/25/2006--Happy 8th Birthday to Anjuli! Today she was baptized by her father into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had confetti cake and Neapolitan ice cream for her birthday. Her sisters and grandparents gave her toys, and her parents gave her a personalized set of scriptures. |
11/15/2005--The new homeschooling schedule is an unmitigated success! Never have the girls been so efficient, despite grumblings from a certain 11-year-old who shall remain nameless. Times are scheduled for schoolwork, chores, exercise time, and playtime. If the girls finish their tasks for a certain time with time to spare, they are allowed to use that time as they wish. If they do not finish their tasks in the allotted time, they must use their scheduled playtime to complete their schoolwork or chores. |
